I hope this makes it to the Daily Show.

Stinky Living Room
On Saturday I attended a local hip-hop "show". Show is quoted because how can a show be a show if the acts only performed for about 10-15 minutes? There were four acts, 4 x 15 = exactly 60 mins, for $5 dollars. Okay, that averages about $0.08 per minute. Shows at the Rialto usually go for $25 and last a good 4 hours and a half. That averages out $0.09 per minute. It's about the same. But how are you going to compare the local acts to Wu-Tang Clan, Atmosphere, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, and etc. So I guess my complaint is not the performance, like I said "local acts", it is the goddamn $5 I had to spend for bad sound quality and songs I could have heard on myspace. Like Ricardo said, "I wish there was a home or back button in these situations."
And now for some real MPC 2000 use:
Damu the Fudgemunk - "Prosper" (Live)
Shall we keep the fail vibe going? Why not! These are the top 10 fails of 2009.

A Daily Pie Diet
Must not be good. But it's so good. Good, good, good.
Japanese DJ's are simply to cool for school.
Do any you guys remember the big craze I had over Menahan Street Band last year? Well, check out The Budos Band:
Brotha, if you cant handle the funk and soul then go dig yourself a hole.

Update
Still downloading too much music, eating too much food, and surfing the Internet way too much. And I got an A on Mrs. Cranes research paper. This pass weekend I caught up on sleep (which I loss during Mrs. Cranes research paper), watched t.v., and made a beat.

Also, three of my good friends have blogs:

Esau- http://bigeasys.blogspot.com
And recently
Frank- http://famous-frank.blogspot.com
Chem em' out.
Now, for closure. On Gilbert's blog there are some videos of moi. I just want to say all those acts are practice for the day I work as a cast member on SNL. So, it's not that embarrassing...ok, it is to a point...

Sade - Soldier of Love
If you know me very, very well you will know that I am one of Sade's biggest fans. When I read online a few months ago that she was coming out with a new album on February I almost feel of my computer chair. Here is her single:
Listening to this single is giving me an idea on the direction Sade is going to go with this album. To be honest, I am kind of disappointed she is keeping the same computerized way of production she went with in Lovers Rock. I was kind of hoping for a revival of her Diamond Life/Promise years. But then again, the album does not come out till next year. I still get to anticipate.
